Delivery Policy

Orders are normally dispatched within 2–4 business days after payment. Orders placed during promotions or special events may require additional processing time at X-WORLD’s discretion; customers will be informed in advance where this applies.

To reduce the risk of damage, every item is inspected and sealed before dispatch.

No handling deduction is charged to consumers for an approved return, except for costs that applicable law or the published return terms expressly allow the Company to recover.

X-WORLD will provide order-status updates using the email address supplied with the order.

An order cannot be cancelled after it has been accepted for processing, except where cancellation is required by applicable law or expressly agreed by the Company.

Free standard delivery

Free standard delivery is normally available for eligible X-WORLD and X-WATCH products in cities where the Company has an office. Delivery to post-office boxes is not available.

Customs duties for purchases from the global store

Prices in the global store do not include taxes and duties for every destination. Goods are shipped under the carrier’s applicable terms. We can arrange delivery to the address provided, but we cannot act as the importer of record or clear the goods through customs on the customer’s behalf. The recipient may need to cooperate with the carrier, submit a local import declaration and pay any applicable duties, taxes or fees.

If the customer does not cooperate with customs clearance, refuses the parcel or otherwise causes it to be returned, the customer is responsible for the resulting costs to the extent permitted by law, including taxes, duties, storage, handling and return-carriage charges. An international X-WATCH delivery may therefore involve additional destination charges that are not included in the purchase price.

Expedited and guaranteed delivery services

Where available, a faster delivery method may be selected for an additional charge.

The applicable delivery charge is shown during checkout or order confirmation and may also appear in the online order-status view. Any courier service component included in that price is stated as part of the total delivery charge.

Delivery charges are calculated according to the destination address and the delivery method selected.

All delivery dates and times are estimates unless expressly confirmed as guaranteed. Remote-area delivery may be subject to an additional charge.
