Privacy Policy

1. General provisions

This Personal Data Processing Policy has been prepared in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data”. It explains how X-WORLD and X-WATCH (the “Company”) process personal data and the measures taken to protect it.

1.1. The Company considers respect for human and civil rights and freedoms in the processing of personal data to be a fundamental condition of its operations, including the protection of privacy and personal and family confidentiality.

1.2. This Policy applies to all information that the Company may obtain about visitors to https://x-watch.plus.

2. Key terms used in this Policy

2.1. Automated processing of personal data means processing personal data using computer technology.

2.2. Blocking of personal data means the temporary suspension of personal-data processing, except where processing is required to verify or correct the data.

2.3. Website means the collection of graphic and informational materials, software and databases made available on the internet at https://x-watch.plus.

2.4. Personal-data information system means the personal data contained in databases together with the information technologies and technical means used to process it.

2.5. Anonymisation of personal data means actions that make it impossible, without additional information, to determine that personal data relates to a particular User or other data subject.

2.6. Processing of personal data means any operation or set of operations performed on personal data, whether or not by automated means, including collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, clarification or updating, retrieval, use, transfer, disclosure, provision of access, anonymisation, blocking, deletion and destruction.

2.7. Company means the person that, independently or jointly with others, organises and/or carries out the processing of personal data and determines the purposes of processing, the categories of personal data processed and the operations performed on that data.

2.8. Personal data means any information relating directly or indirectly to an identified or identifiable User of https://x-watch.plus.

2.9. User means any visitor to https://x-watch.plus.

2.10. Provision of personal data means actions intended to disclose personal data to a specific person or a defined group of persons.

2.11. Dissemination of personal data means actions intended to disclose personal data to an indefinite group of persons or otherwise make it available to the public, including publication in the media, placement on information and telecommunications networks, or granting access by any other means.

2.12. Cross-border transfer of personal data means the transfer of personal data to the territory of a foreign state, to an authority of that state, or to a foreign individual or legal entity.

2.13. Destruction of personal data means actions that permanently destroy personal data so that it cannot be restored in a personal-data information system and/or that destroy the physical media on which it is stored.

3. Personal data the Company may process

3.1. Surname, first name and patronymic, where applicable.

3.2. Email address.

3.3. Telephone number.

3.4. Year, month, date and place of birth.

3.5. Photographs.

3.6. Details of an identity document.

3.7. The Website may also collect and process anonymised visitor data, including cookies, through web analytics services such as Yandex Metrica, Google Analytics and similar services, where such services are enabled.

3.8. The information listed above is collectively referred to in this Policy as Personal Data.

4. Purposes of processing personal data

4.1. The Company processes Personal Data to provide Users with access to the Website, its services, information and materials; to receive, confirm, fulfil and support orders and callback requests; and to communicate with Users about those requests.

4.2. Subject to the User’s consent and applicable law, the Company may send information about new products and services, special offers and events. A User may opt out at any time by emailing info@x-world.plus with the subject line “Unsubscribe from product, service and special-offer notifications”.

4.3. Anonymised analytics data is used to understand how Users interact with the Website and to improve the quality, reliability and content of the Website.

5. Legal grounds for processing personal data

5.1. The Company processes Personal Data submitted by a User through forms on https://x-watch.plus when the User voluntarily completes and sends those forms. By submitting a form, the User confirms that they have read this Policy and, where consent is the applicable legal basis, consents to the processing described in it.

5.2. Depending on the circumstances, processing may also be necessary to take steps at the User’s request before entering into a contract, to perform a contract, to comply with a legal obligation, or to pursue the Company’s legitimate interests without overriding the User’s rights and freedoms.

5.3. The Company processes anonymised information and cookies where this is permitted by the User’s browser or consent settings, including where cookie storage and JavaScript are enabled.

6. Collection, storage, transfer and other processing of personal data

The Company protects the Personal Data it processes through legal, organisational and technical measures designed to meet applicable personal-data protection requirements.

6.1. The Company takes reasonable measures to preserve the confidentiality and integrity of Personal Data and to prevent access by unauthorised persons.

6.2. Personal Data is not sold or disclosed to third parties for their own independent marketing purposes. It may be provided to processors and service providers only to the extent required to operate the Website, deliver an order or request, communicate with the User, comply with law, or protect the rights and security of the Company and others. Such providers are expected to process the data only for the relevant service and subject to appropriate safeguards.

6.3. When a User submits an order or callback form, the submitted details are transmitted to FormSubmit, a third-party form-delivery provider, solely so that the request can be delivered to the Company’s designated order email address and handled. FormSubmit may temporarily retain the submitted data for up to 30 days for delivery, reliability, abuse-prevention and troubleshooting purposes, after which it is deleted in accordance with the provider’s procedures. Users must not enter payment-card details, identity documents or other sensitive information in these forms.

6.4. Depending on where FormSubmit or another authorised service provider operates its infrastructure, use of that provider may involve a cross-border transfer. The Company will make such transfers only where permitted by applicable law and with the safeguards required for the relevant transfer.

6.5. If Personal Data is inaccurate, the User may request that it be corrected by contacting the Company at info@x-world.plus and using the subject line “Personal data update”.

6.6. The Company retains Personal Data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, to comply with legal obligations and to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. The User may withdraw consent at any time by emailing info@x-world.plus with the subject line “Withdrawal of consent to personal-data processing”. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal or processing based on another lawful ground.

7. Cross-border transfers of personal data

7.1. Before making a cross-border transfer, the Company will assess whether the destination provides adequate protection for the rights of personal-data subjects and will take the measures required by applicable law.

7.2. A transfer to a destination that does not provide the required level of protection may be made only where a valid legal basis exists, including the data subject’s explicit consent, performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, or another ground permitted by applicable law.

8. Final provisions

8.1. Users may request information about the processing of their Personal Data by emailing info@x-world.plus.

8.2. The Company may update this Policy when its processing practices or legal obligations change. The Policy remains effective until it is replaced by a new version.
